PRICES, CHARACTERISTICS AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
If the information presented on the website does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
The photographs presented on the website are of the actual item, so we recommend that you take a detailed look at the product details for better information about the respective characteristics of the items you wish to purchase.
Please note that, if the product shown is not available for delivery, but there is the possibility of producing it to order, it may not be exactly the same as the photograph shown, due to the essentially manual production process.Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Despite Ourivesaria Carlos Alberto's extreme attention to keeping all information up to date, some products may have an incorrect price, so we will check prices whenever we process orders. If, as a result of the unavailability of stocks or delays in processing or shipping the products ordered by the customer, it is impossible to fulfill the order within the expected delivery period indicated, plus five working days, Ourivesaria Carlos Alberto will contact the customer, who may choose to keep the order and accept the new delivery time indicated, or cancel it, and the amount you have already paid will be refunded.
The indicated price of the products is, unless there is an insertion error or otherwise indicated, the retail price (including VAT at the legal rate in force). The price of any purchase made through the website is valid for the day on which the order is placed and paid.

PLACING ORDERS:
To place your order online:

2. Browse the online store pages and find the product(s) you want to purchase.
3. Add your preferred products to the Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button.
4. When you understand that you have already chosen all the products you want to purchase, complete the order by clicking Finish.
5. Proceed to payment through the electronic platform provided.
6. You will receive an email confirming the purchase of the chosen product(s) and the order, as well as confirmation of the expected delivery time and respective tracking code.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Orders become effective after payment, using one of the payment methods provided by Ourivesaria Carlos Alberto for online purchases on the website.

After payment and confirmation of the order by Ourivesaria Carlos Alberto, the delivery time for items purchased online is 3 to 5 working days (Mainland) 5 to 7 working days (Madeira and Europe) and 7 to 15 working days (Azores and Rest of the Mundo), for articles with immediate availability (without exceeding 30 days).
For greater convenience, you can request that your order be sent to another address of your choice. Make sure you enter the full address, as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate immediate delivery of your order.
Shipping costs are €5.00 for Portugal (Mainland and Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores), for European Union countries and other countries the values will be upon request.
Any changes made to your account after placing an order will not be taken into account for that order, but only for future orders you place.
Deliveries of products purchased online are ensured by CTT. If the person responsible for delivering CTT is unable to deliver the order, you will receive a notification from CTT. The order will be available at the CTT point at your address for the period stipulated in the CTT notification.
Some of the data provided (Name, Address, Postal Code, City) will be shared with CTT so that deliveries can be made for purchases made online.
